Role Overview

Sodexo is looking for a skilled General Manager 3 to oversee a Corporate Services account in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This high-visibility position involves managing all food service operations within a full-service café, catering, and coffee service environment. The cafe sits in a corporate office but serves employees within 6 buildings of corporate and manufacturing employees. The General Manager will play a key role in driving revenue, growth, and ensuring the overall success of food service operations.

 

 

 

Incentives

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday.  Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).  Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible. 

What You'll Do

  • Managing budgets and overseeing unit financials in collaboration with the Assistant General Manager (AGM).
  • Leading the training and development of both hourly and management teams.
  • Planning strategically to ensure optimal service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Handling payroll, HR functions, and catering services.
  • Direct client interactions to maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Supervising non-union hourly associates and a culinary team.
  • Driving innovation and marketing initiatives to enhance service offerings.
  • Managing projects to ensure effective execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with food policies, programs, and practices.
  • Leading and supporting a team of 7 hourly employees.

What You Bring

  • 3-4 years’ experience in food management leadership
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
  • Prior management experience in corporate environment is a plus for the role
