Role Overview

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Human Resources Manager who will support the employee workforce within our prestigious Airport Lounge Portfolio at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport (ATL)Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Join our team of experience-makers and food fanatics and be part of creating memorable experiences!

Sodexo Live! provides hospitality services to airport lounges, stadiums, arenas, convention and conference centers, zoos, museums, and more. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges.

What You'll Do

  • Provide human resources support within a high-volume/multi-unit food and beverage operation (large frontline workforce);
  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR plans, programs and policies;
  • Educate managers and employees on policy and procedures;
  • Employee relations/conflict resolution, benefits, training, safety;
  • Performance management to include: corrective actions, coaching/counseling and disciplinary actions;
  • Employee retention activities/programs to enhance the employee experience;
  • Compliance with labor laws and record keeping;
  • Engage with all levels of leadership within the organization.

What You Bring

  • Ability to be a strategic partner and operational leader to help build strong teams, reduce risk and drive organizational success;
  • You are a hands-on, high-impact HR leader who can manage the day-to-day and drive results through strong partnerships with club general managers and frontline teams;
  • Prior HR experience within the hospitality industry is a plus;
  • Strong people skills and regulatory knowledge;
  • Workforce planning knowledge;
  • Conflict resolution skills;
  • Recruitment and retention experience;
  • The ability to promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years          

Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
