We are currently seeking a Retail Food Manager 2 to lead retail dining operations and create engaging, high-quality food experiences for patients, staff, and guests. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. • Lead café and catering operations, ensuring a fun, innovative, and customer-focused dining experience.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and departments to align food service strategies with UnityPoint’s mission and values.
• Partner with chefs to ensure food quality, presentation, and variety meet high standards.
• Use Sodexo tools and processes to drive retail satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
