We are currently seeking a Retail Food Manager 2 to lead retail dining operations and create engaging, high-quality food experiences for patients, staff, and guests. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges.

What You'll Do

  • Lead café and catering operations, ensuring a fun, innovative, and customer-focused dining experience.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and departments to align food service strategies with UnityPoint’s mission and values.
  • Partner with chefs to ensure food quality, presentation, and variety meet high standards.
  • Use Sodexo tools and processes to drive retail satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

  • Experience in retail food service management, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, responsive style.
  • Expertise in marketing, menu planning, and catering operations.
  • Proficiency in HR processes, staff development, and data analysis using Sodexo systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
