Sodexo is seeking a strong and motivated Laboratory Services Manager to join a dynamic team of laboratory professionals at a Life Science facility in Rahway, New Jersey. Reporting to the Senior Laboratory Manager, this role is responsible for leading and developing a small team that supports critical lab operations, including package delivery, waste pickup, and internal moves. The manager will oversee daily facility support functions, with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This includes managing shipping and receiving processes, waste handling, vendor coordination, and ensuring proper sanitation and inspection protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a commitment to operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Oversee all shipping, receiving, and loading dock activities to ensure efficient and compliant material handling.
Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste processes, including proper labeling, packaging, and preparation for off-site disposal.
Conduct regular compliance inspections, including waste storage areas, RCRA, and DPCC-related checks.
Perform weekly vendor safety inspections to verify use of proper PPE, tools, and adherence to site safety protocols.
Ensure GMP-compliant cleaning and sanitization procedures are followed throughout laboratory support areas.
