Sodexo is seeking an Occupancy Planning Coordinator to support site-wide operations for a client location in Rahway, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate occupancy and move data within the client’s integrated work management system while delivering move, space, and change support as part of a collaborative Occupancy Planning and Move Management (OPMM) team. Working closely with business units as well as internal and external partners, the Specialist coordinates and executes Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) requests to ensure seamless workplace transitions that support the client’s evolving workforce needs.

Provide space and occupancy planning support to manage supply, capacity, and demand across sites, buildings, and individual spaces.
Partner with department managers and administrative staff to collect seating assignments and coordinate employee moves and transitions.
Review and process move requests, develop migration plans, and conduct facility audits to confirm space readiness, compliance, and data accuracy.
Maintain workplace standards, including furniture guidelines, employee space eligibility, and coordination of furniture repairs as needed.
Manage external vendors and collaborate with internal teams (facilities, safety, community management, CAD) to ensure end-to-end execution, safety compliance, and timely handling of ADA accommodation requests.
